Our Story
It started simply enough. In 2009, neighbours on Gelukshoop Farm in Bonnievale needed extra tables and chairs for a function. We had the kit, they had the event, and Bonnievale Verhurings was born.
Word spread quickly. One braai became ten weddings, then year-end functions across Robertson, Swellendam, and Montagu. Our range grew from a handful of tables to over 140 items: marquees, crockery, glassware, decor, and more. Along the way, we became Party Time - Event Hiring.
Today we’re still family-run from the same farm, still personally checking every item before it leaves. Whether you’re hosting a 20-person birthday or a 200-guest wedding, we bring the same care and attention. That’s what 15 years of local experience gives you.

Our Service Area
Based on Gelukshoop Farm in Bonnievale, we deliver across the Overberg and Winelands, including Robertson, Montagu, Swellendam, McGregor, Ashton, Barrydale, and surrounding areas. Delivery is charged per kilometre at R9/km, so you only pay for the distance.
