Common questions about equipment hire, delivery, payments, and bookings in the Overberg and Winelands.
We deliver throughout the Overberg and Winelands region, including Bonnievale, Robertson, Montagu, Swellendam, Ashton, and surrounding towns. Delivery rates are calculated per kilometre from Gelukshoop Farm, Bonnievale.
Our pricing is period-based: weekend hire runs from Friday to Monday, and weekday hire from Tuesday to Thursday. Rates vary by product type. Contact us for a detailed quote based on your event requirements.
Payment is due in full before your event, by EFT or cash. We are an offline-payment business, so there is no online card gateway. Interest may be charged on any amount left outstanding at the South African prime rate plus 2% per annum, per our terms and conditions.
Book as early as possible, especially for peak season from October to March. Equipment availability changes regularly, so securing your booking with a deposit sooner rather than later is strongly advised.
Yes, self-collection is available from Gelukshoop Farm, Bonnievale. Smaller items fit easily in a car or bakkie, while larger or bulky items need a bakkie or trailer, so tell us your order and we will advise. The collecting vehicle must have a valid licence disk, which we record on collection, and you will need tie-down straps or ropes. New customers must also provide proof of residence and an ID copy.
